16x16 ultra-high-definition switcher is a HDMI matrix with 16 inputs and 16 outputs. It is a high-performance broadband intelligent matrix switch device specially designed for the transmission and switching of high-resolution HDMI digital image and audio signals of computers. It can select one or more channels of multiple input signals and output them to one or more display devices.
Equipped with RS232 and RJ45 communication interfaces, it is convenient for the coordination of central control and WEB.

Features
- 16 HDMI signal inputs, 16 HDMI signal outputs, cross switching;
- Support 4K60 backward compatibility;
- Automatic equalization of long-line input-ensure that each input can be independently and automatically compensated for the signal loss caused by long-distance transmission or the use of low-quality wires;
- Under ideal conditions, the input distance supports 20 meters and the output distance supports 20 meters under 1080P signal.
- Support Blu-ray DVD24/50/60fs/HD-DVD/xvYCC.
- Support audio formats DTS-HD/Dolby-trueHD/LPCM7.1/DTS/DOLBY-AC3/DSD.
- Support HDMI 2.0, HDCP 2.2, and DVI 1.0 protocols. Supports high color depth and up to 10Gbps rate;
- HDCP compatible - ensures that content-protected media can be displayed normally and used in conjunction with other HDCP-compatible devices;
- Full SMD process, unique ESD electrostatic protection function;
- This product has on-site switching memory protection when power is off;
- Supports PC-side WEB control, mobile app, and central control
- Each input channel supports audio embedding, and each output channel supports audio de-embedding, with a 3.5mm interface
- Supports control of third-party devices in web software
- 16 input and 16 output ports, supporting independent EDID

Q: What is an HDMI over IP Matrix, and how does it differ from a traditional HDMI matrix switcher?
A: An HDMI over IP Matrix is a network-based AV (Audio-Visual) device that routes and switches HDMI signals over IP networks (e.g., Ethernet, LAN, WAN) instead of dedicated copper cables (e.g., HDMI, DVI). It combines the flexibility of a traditional HDMI matrix (which enables cross-point switching of inputs to outputs) with the scalability of IP technology.
The key difference from a traditional HDMI matrix lies in its transmission medium and scalability:
Traditional HDMI Matrix: Uses short-range, point-to-point cables (limited to ~50ft for 4K signals) and has fixed input/output ports (e.g., 16x16, 32x32). Expanding requires replacing the entire unit.
HDMI over IP Matrix: Transmits signals via IP networks, supporting unlimited distance (across buildings or continents) and elastic scalability (add inputs/outputs by connecting more IP transmitters/receivers to the network). It also enables remote management and multi-site integration—features impossible with traditional matrices.
